Maxine Brown-Davis serves as the Vice President of Executive and Leadership Development and the Director of the Center for Performance Excellence and Impact at 3C Consulting where she leads our Executive Impact and Leadership Boot Camp programs. Ms. Brown-Davis brings over 30 years experience in Operations and Human Resource Leadership. Prior to working with 3C Ms. Brown-Davis retired from Procter and Gamble as the Chief Diversity Officer; Vice President: Human Resources for Global Diversity and General Manager Corporate Organization Performance Group. Ms. Brown-Davis is dedicated to developing and leading High Performing Organizations (HPO) and enjoys enabling others to do the same.
Holly Kile is responsible for our client service team and supports the implementation and delivery of all of our development programs. Ms. Kile and her team create client engagement solutions from pre-sales, to contract support, to team allocation. They work collaboratively with multiple teams and clients to ensure superior customer service and program delivery. Ms. Kile leads the process to provide staff and client evaluations, coordinate training, and ensure staff adherence to our engagement and conduct standards.
